Seaport Next Generation

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.

AMCOM EXPRESS Technical and Programmatic Domains

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) contract is a multiple award BPA program leveraging GSA schedules to provide comprehensive advisory and assistance services to the AMCOM Life Cycle Management Command, U.S. Army Program Executive Offices (PEOs), U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) and other customers.

These include: aeromechanics; guidance systems; environmental/safety; airworthiness qualification/release; electronics, avionics, visionics and survivability equipment; image, seismic, acoustic, magnetic and signal processing; industrial operations and production engineering; navigation and control; infrared, optics and laser technology; manufacturing science technology; propulsion systems technology; radio frequency technology; software and systems engineering; structures and materials science; systems simulation and modeling; technical data management; test and evaluation; and warheads/ weapons science.

Supported systems include: developmental and fielded rotary / fixed wing aviation platforms, unmanned aircraft systems, tactical missile / rocket systems, and the associated command & control, ground support and survivability equipment used by the U.S. Army and its international customers (via foreign military sales programs). Task Orders are awarded on a competitive basis for up to a five-year period of performance.

OASIS SB

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) and OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. These contracts:

Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces;
Span multiple professional service disciplines;
Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

The core disciplines of the contract include:

Program management services;
Management consulting services;
Logistics services;
Engineering services;
Scientific services; and
Financial services.

Seaport Enhanced (Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic Services)

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.

CIMTIC IV C4I & Munitions Test Improvement

The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence & Munitions Test Improvement (CIMTIC) IV is a firm-fixed-price and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for hardware, software, and design for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) & Munitions Test Improvement Contract IV (CIMTIC IV) program at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
